Warm Hearts Whereabouts :: at the heart of the inspiration

Where has the necklace been?

Spending the holidays in Pennsylvania with the triple threat!
(Laura, Kelly, Jenn)

What a treat for all three beautiful ladies to share their holiday festivities with the traveling necklace!  And three people wearing the necklace at the same time is definitely not something I'd ever thought of. ;)

If you haven't had the pleasure of getting to know Laura Slocum (the force that is the inspiration behind Etsy Project Embrace), you can follow her incredible journey on her blog Stay Tuned, where Laura and her sister Jenn keep us updated.  Their darling niece, Kelly, also runs her own blog for sweetnessjewelry.

All three ladies also run their own successful shops on Etsy.  Here is just a sampling of their beautiful creations...

Thank you Laura, Jenn, and Kelly!

And HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!  You can read about my new years resolution, along with resolutions from other members of Etsy Project Embrace on Lillyella's blog, where I'm guest posting today.

Cheers to an exciting new year filled with love, laughter, success, and growth!

Warm Hearts whereabouts

So where has the Warm Hearts necklace been?

in Astoria, NY with Terry!

Being the master of versatility herself, she came up with so many clever ways to wear this necklace! And what a unique and brilliant touch, to wear it around her hat... something I have never thought of before. Thank you for this idea, Terry!

What an honor to have my necklace paired with one of Terry's incredible, multi-functional and ultra-stylish hats!!! Here are just a few of my favorites by Terry Graziano.  If I had 3 wishes, one would be to own every style in every color.  That's not too much to ask for, right?

Find more of her lovely creations at terrygraziano.com and on her etsy site. You can also follow along on her blog and read more about her in her featured artist interview. Thank you again, Terry!

Tune in for the rest of my 12 Days of Christmas wish list. See you tomorrow! :)

Warm Hearts Whereabouts...

So where's the Warm Hearts necklace now?

In Columbia Station, Ohio with Nicole!

Here she is, rockin' it a couple different ways. The first look is with a toolbelt and hand saw. I think this is a definite contender for "best outfit", what do you think? :) And her second look is a more classic look (complete with an artistic photo) --which I think I'll add to the voter--new potential category: most artistic photo. You're welcome to vote again in the poll if you'd like this to be a winning category.

Nicole is also participating in Etsy Project Embrace through her shop: lillyella. To date, she has raised close to $500 for the American Cancer Society! This is all from sales of her Infinite Garden Necklace and Wear Everywhere Hoops... And that's just in 3.5 months..absolutely incredible!

Here are just a few of my favorites by Nicole. You can find more lovely, timeless jewelry in her shop. You can also find Nicole on her fabulous blog and on twitter... and read more about her in my featured artist interview.

Nicole, thank you for being a part of Warm Hearts Around the World and for sending your awesome pictures!

Sneak Peek :: tomboy necklaces

Glass marble necklaces for your inner tomboy! Okay, so these aren't really sneak peeks since they're available now in my shop. The green one has been reserved, but the red/blue/yellow one is still available. I have a few more of these glass marble beads so those will be listed some time in the near future. These would make great gifts or stocking stuffers for your favorite tomboy. ;)

Sneak Peek :: winter runway collection

Here's a little peek at some of the pieces I'll be sending down the runway next month. I wanted to make bold pieces, but nothing too overpowering. These feature chunky vintage lucite chain, which I LOVE and hope to make some available in my shop soon. [so much I want to do... so very little time.. *le sigh*]

VERSATILE FIND :: magnetic necklace

Siren necklace by annekiel - $162

I just adore this necklace by Anne Kiel! So incredibly versatile and chic. And I love that you can wear it as a headband. Definitely a fun piece of jewelry to play with.. just look at all the different styles!

"What makes these pieces so unique and versatile is their magnetic clasps. You can wear them separately, combine the necklaces into countless shapes, or even make them into bracelets, headbands, etc.! "
